Again, just playing around. This time I was trying out a Buttercream Royal Icing. Found it on a great site Karen's Cookies. Mostly happy. I like the taste but it just doesn't harden like my other icing. But it has been pretty humid here lately. Guess I'll have to play with the ratios and the consistency. "Fun -work in progress."
